New Age Protection, Inc. (New Age) was the first contractor ever awarded a 10-year contract to provide Industrial Security and Logistics services to these cities within the same county in the southern US. They were given a single weekend to get the program up and running. And they did just that.
In conjunction with this Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 10 Contractor and the US Navy, New Age Protection (New Age) was chosen to provide complete technology, security systems and personnel, as well as special guard service for a “Closed Area” vault and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) on a highly classified, high-value program that to this day remains undisclosed to the public.
When this citywide transportation system found New Age Protection (New Age), its riders were afraid to use the bus and Dial-A-Ride disabled rider services provided throughout the city. Ridership was way down. Crime was up, and a collaborative effort with the local precinct was desperately needed.
As co-sponsor, New Age is responsible for all of the training content through collaboration with the Office of the Provost Marshall General (OPMG) for attendee certifications, management of the OPMG event budget, and all of the logistics for running the event itself.
Serving close to 100 schools and more than 80,000 students, this K-12 public school district ranks among the best in the nation. So, when they needed security services for existing schools and almost 20 schools revolving through construction, they looked to New Age Protection.
New Age Protection began their relationship with Cisco Systems by managing the migration of sensitive employee and HR-related data to a new Employee Self Service (ESS) system, a web-based tool through which employees can access relevant work information and conduct transactions like timekeeping.
New Age Protection (New Age) was contracted to provide security expertise and access control support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), for which New Age collaborated with DTRA to develop the guidelines, policies, and procedures for controlling access to DTRA facilities.
In the days before working with New Age Protection, Florence Darlington Technical College experienced a number of failed security programs put into place by 3 previous contractors. Poor staffing performance and excessive property losses and damage were reported. By the time New Age was hired, an emergency contract for security services and programming was required.
