Under a subcontract, New Age provided access control support, TS/SCI cleared security access control and unarmed officer support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) five days a week. Our past experience with NGA has required New Age to provide an average of 15 Access Control Officers (ACOs) per day. These individuals augment the access control staff from another contractor and uncleared construction personnel throughout the NGA facility as well as VIP and other uncleared visitors as requested.

New Age provided administrative support services to the National
Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s branch, division, and directorate levels.
Our personnel researched duties and resolved technical, programmatic and
budget issues as directed. They performed security administration duties,
including the preparation of sensitive and classified documents, reports,
manuals, regulations, and other correspondence; and maintain control and
accountability of classified and sensitive materials. They also created
and maintained charts, lists, and databases, and performed general office
management functions.

New Age provides administrative services and support at the branch, division, and directorate level. Our personnel research and resolve technical, programmatic, and budget issues as directed, and perform general administrative duties. Coordinate meetings, conferences, seminars to include space, visit requests, parking and other support functions. Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Maintain time and attendance records, prepare, log in, and distribute Personnel Action Requests (PARs) for final action. Schedule and make travel arrangements via the government system and prepare, process, and distribute travel vouchers for settlement actions. Research, draft, compose, edit, and proofread general and special correspondence. Maintain calendars as directed. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence. Create, update, and maintain charts, lists, and databases. Assist in the preparation of sensitive, special, proprietary, and classified documents, reports, manuals, regulations, letters, and other correspondence. Maintain control and accountability of classified and sensitive materials. Provide all facets of human resources support for various NGA
directorates.
